We get several calls each month from students asking for help with preparing for their exams. The registration to book exams can be frustrating. The study material is limited for the theory and the "mock practical" was usually too long ago to remember.
We offer this because there is a serious issue with schools being held accountable to follow their students to licensure or even just registering.

VIRGINIA STATE EXAM PREP WORKSHOP

Registration for Exams $25 by phone 15-30 min

State Theory Exam Review $300 for 25 days of online study

State Practical Exam Review $250 for 2-3 hour in-class session

State Practical Exam Review $150 for up to 40 min video chat

Must show one of the following:

certificate of completion from a state licensed school
proof of approval to take exams in Virginia from ProV or PSI
show score from a failed Virginia Nail exam

This is not students enrolled in our school. They get these services with their course cost.

The Practical Exam Prep workshop we offer is additional to help you prepare for the Virginia Nail Technician Practical Exam if your school can't or won't help you. You will also be instructed on what to study to prepare for the Theory Exam.

$250 for 2 hours at the school (recommended)

or $150 by video chat up to 40 min

Get help on understanding the requirements to pass the state practical exam. Bring all your state exam supplies or buy a ready to go state tote for $150. List available upon request. You must have failed a state practical exam within 10 months of this class or have proof of approval to take the state exams. You must contact us with proof to be able to pay/book this workshop. This class does not go over written state exam information. Recommended to students having issues with passing the state practical exam or do not feel prepared. Review of sculpted odorless acrylic skill included. A list of items is needed to be brought to this workshop.

Includes 1 class up to 2 hrs for tutor as needed in Palmyra, Va or 30min x2 by video chat/call

Get help on understanding on reviewing the information to pass the theory exam. You must show your failed state theory exam score within 10 months of this class or have proof of approval to take the state exams. You must contact us with proof to be able to pay/book this workshop. This class does not go over practical state exam information. Recommended to students having issues with passing the state theory exam or do not feel prepared.

ABOUT WORKSHOPS:

Workshops do not lead to licensing
Pre-Payment required with no refunds
Workshops expire for use after 90 days of payment with no refund
Each workshop is about 1.5-2 hours long check details (with late arrival time deducted)
Available on most Mon-Sun (starting on the hour or half hour) between 10am-9pm
Over 24 hour reschedule is made by student online (or by email).
Less than 24 hour reschedules will require a $50 fee to reschedule
